As someone who is conscious of health & wellness, I am a long time Vegan and fully embrace a Plant Based lifestyle that now extends into the Holistic Mind/Body approach that looks at the body as a whole.
My journey started with the humble beginnings of a weekend retreat that explored what it looked like to have more plants on my plate.
From there, my professional endeavors in Vegan culinary creations blossomed at farmer’s markets & by presenting food demonstrations at health food stores, coffee houses and in private homes.
Eventually, Lelulo’s Eatery was born and became a favorite place for Vegan Eats, Custom Cakes, & Plant Based Food Education. Lelulo’s (named for my Vizsla’s and son), has since evolved out of the kitchen & in front of the microphone with the development of What’s On Your Plate podcast.
The podcast is a place to connect on all things that make our plates heavy & abundant and seeks out transformative conversations about how we can shift our portions in life to better nourish our bodies, minds, hearts & spirits.
My take on things is that if you want to become a better version of yourself, you have to be willing to stand in the face of what’s hard, find purpose in your pain, be willing to change your mind, & get out of your own way!
